Required Technical / Functional Skills

• Hands-on experience with Coveo Cloud Platform, including Indexing, Query Pipelines, and ML models.
• Experience integrating Coveo with AEM, Sitecore, or Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of search architecture, indexing strategies, and relevancy tuning.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and GraphQL integrations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS/DXP platforms.
• Experience working with Coveo Usage Analytics, analytics dashboards, and Query Pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise search solutions using Coveo Cloud and Coveo integrations for AEM, Sitecore, or Salesforce.
• Configure and manage Coveo Index Pipelines, Sources, and Security Identities.
• Develop and customize Coveo Query Pipelines to enhance relevance, facets, sorting, and filtering.
• Implement and tune Coveo Machine Learning models for recommendations, query suggestions, and user behavior analytics.
• Integrate Coveo with AEM or other CMS platforms, ensuring seamless search experiences.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and content teams to deliver high-performance, scalable search features.
• Troubleshoot and debug search indexing, performance issues, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and build search-driven solutions aligned with business goals.

Generic / Managerial Skills

• Coveo Certified Developer or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Experience integrating Coveo with AEM as a Cloud Service or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI-driven search optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.
