We are seeking an experienced Coupa Source-to-Pay Consultant to join our team for a long-term engagement. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Coupa Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, and other related modules. This position requires deep expertise in Coupa, as well as a strong background in ERP platforms, such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP, and their integration with procurement tools. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and a strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional design, advisory, and configuration support for the Coupa Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Sourcing modules.
• Assist in project execution by working on Coupa Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay projects involving configuration, implementation, testing, and user training.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Coupa environment, including applying periodic patches and addressing ad-hoc requests from business units and production system support.
• Collaborate with ERP development teams in the creation, validation, and maintenance of user interfaces and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive configuration document to track all Coupa-related changes.
• Assist in the integration of Coupa with other enterprise systems, including SAP and other procurement tools.
• Develop test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing technical support and training to end-users on Coupa solutions, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.
• Demonstrate hands-on technical expertise in Coupa and related procurement tools, such as Ariba, Oracle Procurement, and Ivalua.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in system engineering, administration, or consulting, with a focus on Coupa and Source-to-Pay/ Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/Finance platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and their integration with procurement tools.
• Demonstrated technical understanding of Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay (Coupa, Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or Ivalua).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Coupa Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and key integration points.
• Experience with the integration of Coupa with other systems, such as SAP.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment to ensure successful project delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and user training.
• Familiarity with Coupa Risk Assess is a plus.
