Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide functional design, advisory, and configuration support for Coupa Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, Sourcing, and other relevant modules.
• Participate actively in Coupa implementation projects, covering configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and end-user training.
• Manage day-to-day administration of the Coupa environment including applying periodic patches, handling ad-hoc business requests, and providing production support.
• Collaborate closely with ERP development teams (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to design, validate, and maintain user interfaces and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all Coupa configurations, changes, and integrations.
• Develop and execute test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Integrate Coupa with ERP and other systems to ensure smooth end-to-end procurement workflows.
• Provide ongoing technical support and training to business users to maximize adoption and operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of experience in system engineering, administration, or consulting with a focus on Coupa Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Strong understanding of ERP/Finance platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and their integration points with procurement tools.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay solutions including Coupa, Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or Ivalua.
• Clear understanding and ability to articulate end-to-end business processes and key integration points.
• Minimum 3 years of direct Coupa Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay experience.
• Experience developing and executing SIT and UAT test scripts.
• Proven ability to integrate Coupa with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Strong collaboration skills working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to provide technical support and deliver training sessions effectively.
• Knowledge of Coupa Risk Assess is a plus.
