Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and govern the Coupa Item Master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across procurement and finance systems.
• Configure and manage punchout catalogs and hosted catalog integrations for suppliers.
• Design invoice templates and configure invoice upload functionalities tailored to business and regulatory requirements.
• Configure workflows and approval hierarchies to meet organizational compliance and procurement policies.
• Enable and optimize Coupa mobile functionality for end-user adoption and accessibility.
• Support or lead Coupa implementations across multiple entities, ensuring alignment with global process standards.
• Define and manage procurement categories, units of measure, and supplier data in coordination with master data teams.
• Ensure Coupa configuration aligns with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, finance, procurement platforms).
• Work closely with procurement, AP, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure Coupa supports strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Coupa Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven hands-on experience with:
  • Coupa Item Master creation and maintenance.
  • Invoice template configuration and upload processes.
  • Approval workflow and hierarchy setup.
  • Punchout catalog management.
  • Mobile functionality enablement.
  • Multi-entity Coupa implementations.
• Strong understanding of procurement and finance data alignment principles.
• Excellent documentation, configuration, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coupa certifications (Procure-to-Pay, Invoice, Supplier Management, etc.).
• Experience with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Exposure to procurement transformation projects or global rollouts.
