Roles and Responsibilities

• Ability to Configure, optimize and maintain Couchbase clusters.
• Ability to handled 99.9 uptime and 24/7 support.
• Work with cross-teams of Server and storage teams to build database platforms.
• Install, configure, and maintain DBMS product software on the database.
• Assist in the consultation of application development teams on DBMS product technical issues and techniques.
• Patching of all SQL Server and upgrade database to latest version on SQL and AWS.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• 8+ years of industry experience in Couchbase Database administration in production environment.
• 8+ years of Database Administration experience in SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience in Couchbase database with cluster awareness, XDCR, Optimizing Couchbase Queries and indexes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Good knowledge and experience in Couchbase Troubleshooting.
• Awareness on HTTP protocol, REST APIs.
• Good knowledge in Couchbase services like Query, Index, Data, CBS, Backup and restore.
