The Copado DevOps Lead will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Copado implementation, overseeing DevOps pipelines, and handling all aspects related to Copado, including release management. The role involves providing support to the team for any Copado-related issues, staying updated on Salesforce DevOps innovations, and ensuring smooth upgrades.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Copado implementation, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Oversee DevOps pipelines, ensuring efficient and effective deployment processes.
- Handle all Copado-related tasks, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Assist the team with Copado-related issues, providing technical support and guidance.
- Stay updated on Salesforce DevOps innovations and implement best practices.
- Manage Copado upgrades with minimal disruption to operations.
- Coordinate and manage release processes, ensuring timely and smooth deployments.
- Develop and maintain documentation on Copado processes and best practices.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining Copado implementations.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Experience in release management and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development and deployment processes.
- Copado certification is preferred.
