Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement voice bots and NLU-based IVR solutions using Conversational AI platforms.
• Build and optimize IVR flows that enhance user experience and ensure seamless interactions.
• Develop applications using programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Apply knowledge of NLP, NLU, and machine learning techniques to improve conversational interfaces and enhance understanding of user intents.
• Leverage cloud technologies to deploy and manage conversational AI solutions effectively.
• Ensure integration with existing cloud infrastructures and services.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Maintain high standards of software quality through continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
• Work within agile and scrum frameworks to deliver features and enhancements iteratively.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and project success.
• Integrate conversational AI solutions with various web services and APIs to enhance functionality and data exchange.

Required Experience/Skills

• Proven experience in building IVR flows and speech recognition applications using conversational AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of NLP, NLU, and machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions and architectures to support conversational AI initiatives.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, along with agile and scrum development methodologies.
• Proficient in programming languages: Java, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, and REST-based microservices.
