Control Test Analyst

We are seeking a Control Test Analyst with strong experience in banking operations and regulatory control testing. The role involves evaluating control design and operating effectiveness across key banking processes and supporting regulatory compliance activities in alignment with US regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of banking operational processes, including fraud management, loans, deposits, procurement, and related functions
• Experience in regulatory and operational testing and front-line regulatory compliance activities
• Good knowledge of key US regulatory frameworks
• Hands-on experience in process testing and control assessments, including evaluation of design effectiveness and operating effectiveness
• Experience in SOX operations testing (excluding SOX ITGC)
• Professional certifications preferred: CPA / CA (or equivalent), CIA

Good to Have

• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification
• Exposure to broader regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks
