Work closely with cross functional teams including business analysts, developers and infrastructure teams, vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
Ensure content management solutions adhere to security, privacy and regulatory compliance standards.
Provide expert level support for resolving content management system issues, including system outages, performance bottlenecks and migration challenges.
Maintain detailed architecture and migration documentation including system designs, processes and user guides.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in content management and digital transformation to drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in content management architecture, particularly with IBM CMOD or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of content migration strategies and best practices.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
Experience with system integration and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Knowledge of security and regulatory compliance standards related to content management.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
