Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design and execute end-to-end consumer research projects, including defining objectives, developing methodologies, and delivering insights.
  • Develop research instruments such as questionnaires, discussion guides, and surveys.
  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer behaviors, attitudes, and trends.
  • Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Create clear, compelling research reports and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business questions and determine when consumer research can add value.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and scale research processes for efficiency and consistency.
  • Utilize research tools and platforms to design surveys, analyze data, and manage research workflows.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Social Sciences, Psychology, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in consumer or market research.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with research and analytics tools such as SPSS, R, Python, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Forsta, QuestionPro, or Lighthouse Studio.
  • Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with various data types and experience integrating multiple data sources to generate insights.

  • Ability to translate business needs into research questions and actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
