Key Responsibilities

• Perform field testing of wireless connectivity (cellular and/or other wireless technologies) across various environments and conditions.
• Collect, analyze, and report test data related to network performance, coverage, and reliability.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot connectivity issues and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and product teams to support device and network performance optimization.
• Ensure all testing is completed within project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of field-testing experience in wireless connectivity.
• Strong technical understanding of wireless technologies, preferably with a focus on cellular networks (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Experience using field-testing tools (e.g., TEMS, XCAL, Nemo, or similar tools).
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
