Core Responsibilities 

• Provide technical support for audio and video conferencing systems in conference rooms and meeting spaces.
• Set up and test audio-visual equipment, including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, cameras, and video conferencing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to audio, video, and connectivity in conference rooms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operation of conference room equipment.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of audio-visual upgrades and enhancements.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on audio-visual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to address any network or connectivity issues affecting audio-video systems.
• Provide training and technical guidance to end-users on the proper use of conference room equipment.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in audio-video conferencing.
• Manage inventory of audio-visual equipment and recommend replacements or upgrades as needed.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for audio-video conference room setups.
• Participate in the setup and support of virtual meetings and webinars.
• Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale events requiring audio-visua l support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for installations and upgrades.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Cisco Video Conferencing products mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
