Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Excellence Consultant to advise global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales, Service, CPQ, and eCommerce transformations. The ideal candidate will combine domain expertise with technology consulting experience, driving business transformation, strategy definition, and implementation of innovative solutions.

Required Technical/Functional Skills
  • Proven experience in Commercial Excellence across Sales, Service, Marketing, CRM, CPQ, and eCommerce.
  • Experience in consulting and transformation engagements, including strategy definition, process transformation, technology evaluation, business architecture, roadmap definition, and business case development.
  • Strong knowledge of leading technology platforms and Front Office Transformation, including CPQ solutions such as Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Expertise in industry benchmarking, product evaluation, business architecture design, and strategy definition.
  • Exposure to AI strategy and consulting in commercial contexts.

 

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Advise global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales, and Service processes within automotive and industrial equipment sectors.
  • Lead domain consulting engagements, supporting the full sales cycle: business development, proposal preparation, and pre-sales activities.
  • Develop use cases, guide technical teams for POCs, solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions prior to client delivery.
  • Author thought leadership papers and participate in industry forums based on advisory work and emerging technology trends.
  • Execute at least two full lifecycle implementations of CRM/CPQ platforms; experience with both B2C and B2B scenarios preferred.
  • Collaborate with ERP teams, integrating systems with CPQ platforms, and review/approve data models for projects.
  • Enable guided selling processes for channel partners and customers.
  • Provide technical guidance in solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with CPQ best practices, use cases, and architecture principles.
  • Define Front Office Transformation strategies, roadmaps, product evaluations, and solution designs for manufacturing clients.
  • Lead teams in consulting and implementation projects, identifying new opportunities through client and ecosystem relationships.
  • Drive RFP responses, contribute to proposals, and maintain strong client communication.
  • Track emerging business models and trends for applicability in manufacturing.
  • Build industry presence by engaging with analysts, speaking at forums, and publishing thought leadership articles.
