Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain commercial banking applications, focusing on ACH, SWIFT, wire transfers, and related transaction systems.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within commercial banking platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support for commercial banking services and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, IT, and business units, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of new solutions.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of banking applications, identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining processes.
  • Conduct testing of new software releases, updates, and patches to ensure compatibility with existing systems and banking processes.
  • Provide user training and support to business users on banking applications, tools, and features.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to banking and financial transactions (e.g., NACHA, SWIFT, and other relevant compliance frameworks).

 

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of ACH, SWIFT, wire transfers, and other banking transaction systems.
  • Proven experience working with Fiserv Commercial Center or similar banking software platforms.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.:
  • Experience with database management and system integration.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and change management processes.
