Collibra Data Governance Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data Governance strategy and framework development
• Design and implement scalable governance processes using Collibra DG & DQ
• Translate business requirements into governance workflows and platform solutions
• Drive governance maturity from early-stage adoption to enterprise-scale implementation
• Partner with business, data, and technology teams to establish governance standards and best practices
• Implement and manage data quality, metadata management, lineage, and stewardship processes
• Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to improve trusted data access and governance compliance
• Support governance integration across modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems

Required Skills

• Strong Data Governance leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with Collibra Data Governance (DG) and Data Quality (DQ)
• Experience building and scaling governance frameworks
• Strong ability to translate:
  • Business needs
  • Governance processes
  • Platform design
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong SQL experience
• Experience with reporting and access tools such as Power BI and OMNI
