Roles and Responsibilities

• Creating, configuring, and providing guidance on SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
• Providing support to Integrate SharePoint with other business applications.
• Monitoring SharePoint performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Providing technical support for SharePoint users.
• Inactive / Ownerless site content management.

Required Experience/Skills

• Experience in Metadata, crawled properties, managed properties, content types, workflow, User Profiles, and SharePoint Online Search.
• knowledge of SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business Limitations and known issues.
• strong knowledge of SharePoint Online environment.
• Should have knowledge of OneDrive for Business sync issues.
• Good understanding of Office 365 groups and Permissions in SharePoint Online.
• Should have basic knowledge of DirSync, Azure ADSync, or Azure ADConnect.
