Job Description:

Must have skills:

·       Proven experience as a CMM Programmer, specifically in heavy industry or similar manufacturing environments.

·       Strong proficiency in CMM software such as PC-DMIS and Calypso

·       Expertise in reading and interpreting 2D drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T.

·       Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

·       Familiarity with CNC machining processes and tolerances.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

·       Ability to work independently and within a team.

·       Educational background: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field

Detailed Job Description:

·       Develop and modify CMM programs to accurately measure complex CNC machined components based on technical drawings.

·       Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications to ensure precise inspection.

·       Set up and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.

·       Perform detailed inspections of CNC machined parts, ensuring compliance with specifications and tolerances.

·       Analyze measurement data, prepare inspection reports, and document findings.

·       Collaborate closely with CNC operators, manufacturing, and engineering teams to resolve measurement issues and improve inspection procedures.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve programming and measurement issues

·       Minimum years of experience: 8-15 years

·       Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering
