Responsibilities

• Emphasis on cloud-first strategies, not just managing existing systems but actively developing cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
• Deep expertise in areas like LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, and routing protocols (OSPF/BGP). Experience with MPLS, load balancing, and VPN configuration.
• Working knowledge of F5's BigIP, GSLB, XC, and VIP/FIP configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Prisma, Strata firewalls, and SD-WAN setups.
• In-depth knowledge of network performance, QoS, redundancy strategies, and failover configurations.
• Proficiency with automation tools and scripting, including Python, PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark for network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to take ownership of projects, leading initiatives, and driving results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto, GCP/AWS/Azure certifications.
• Knowledge of zero trust networking, network access control (NAC), and cloud security posture management (CSPM).
• Experience supporting cloud-native architectures, especially in high-security or regulated environments.
