Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot LAN switching, VLANs, spanning tree protocols, and dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) in enterprise environments.
• Manage WAN technologies including IPSec, MPLS, SD-WAN, and load balancing solutions (F5, VIPs, DNS).
• Implement and support enterprise wireless networks, controllers, and access points.
• Develop and maintain high-availability and disaster recovery network architectures.
• Administer and optimize network security technologies, including Palo Alto firewalls (Prisma Access, Panorama), VPNs, and NAC solutions.
• Utilize network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Cisco DNA Center for performance and capacity management.
• Automate network tasks using scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, SaltStack).
• Support hybrid cloud networking and integration with on-premises infrastructure, with strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant IT field.
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Cloud Certification, and Palo Alto certification required.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and routing protocol design and troubleshooting.
• Experience with multi-vendor network environments (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Juniper, Aruba).
• Strong knowledge of network security, performance optimization, and high-availability design.
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts, particularly GCP and hybrid cloud models.
