Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable CLM solutions aligned with business needs, ensuring seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead the implementation and integration of CLM systems, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and compliance with security standards.
• Work closely with legal, procurement, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure the CLM solution meets business and regulatory needs.
• Continuously optimize the system for performance, usability, and alignment with evolving business requirements.
• Provide training and ongoing support for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the CLM solution.
• Ensure the CLM system complies with relevant legal, security, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting with a focus on CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign CLM, SAP Ariba).
• Strong understanding of contract management processes, integration techniques, and enterprise system architecture.
• Experience with cloud technologies, data security, and compliance standards.
• CLM certifications (e.g., Icertis Certified Professional) and experience with AI-driven contract solutions. (Preferred)
