Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot 3M servers, specifically supporting the 3M 360 Encompass system.
• Monitor system performance, apply patches and updates, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure reliable functionality.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of Health Information Management (HIM) workflows and Epic EHR processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement workflow solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
• Configure user groups, manage access rights, and maintain worklists as part of system setup and ongoing administration.
• Generate and analyze detailed system administration reports, resolve reporting errors, and troubleshoot HL7 messaging issues to optimize clinical data flow and system performance.
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff, IT teams, and other stakeholders to support system enhancements and operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with 3M 360 Encompass system administration and server maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Epic EHR workflows and healthcare information management processes.
• Experience troubleshooting HL7 messaging and resolving integration issues.
• Ability to analyze clinical workflows and design technology-driven solutions for process improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical and technical teams.
