Job Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME for Citrix technologies, including Azure VDI, Citrix DaaS, Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Hypervisor, and related components.
• Implement, manage, and support Citrix Cloud and on-premise environments, including NetScaler (ADC), Citrix ADM, Storefront, and Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
• Perform routine maintenance, including end-user support, creating and maintaining golden images, and configuring/debugging Citrix components.
• Resolve Tier II and III escalated issues related to printing, profile management, application troubleshooting, and more.
• Provide technical support to systems analysts, engineers, and application teams.
• Document and enforce security policies, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Write and utilize PowerShell/VB scripts for task automation and administration.
• Monitor and gather metrics for user logon experiences in Citrix environments.
• Manage and support VMware 6.5/6.7 and newer hypervisor versions.
• Participate in change management and configuration control processes.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, and Azure VDI.
• Expertise in Citrix technologies, including Citrix Hypervisor, NetScaler (ADC), ADM, and WEM.
• Strong experience with VMware hypervisors (6.5/6.7 and newer).
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or VB scripting for automation tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier II and III issues. 
• Experience with documenting procedures and creating technical specifications.
• Knowledge of enterprise patch management applications.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and on-call support as needed.
