Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and develop IVR applications using Cisco CVP Studio, VXML, Java, and other related technologies.
• Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Integrate Cisco CVP with CRM systems, databases, and other enterprise applications to enable seamless data exchange and functionality.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and integrate third-party applications and components into Cisco CVP environment.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and testing of IVR applications to ensure smooth deployment and operation.
• Document technical designs, deployment procedures, and operational support documentation.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in designing and developing IVR applications using Cisco CVP.
• Proficiency in Cisco CVP Studio, VXML, Java/J2EE, and Web Services.
• Strong knowledge in Java, Javascript ,J2EE, Struts framework 1.3.8.
• Experience with Web service, SOAP, POSTMAN integration. 
• Knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and integration with other Cisco UC products (CUCM, CUCDM, etc.).
• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCVP, CCNP) a plus.
