Responsibilities of the Charles River Development Support Analyst:
•Provide application support for internal CRD customers
•Ensure adherence to established procedures in response to requests
•Analyze issues, answer questions, provide software training
•identify and test workarounds for bugs or defects in software
•Research issues with third party software components of CRD

Requirements of the Charles River Development Support Analyst:
•At least 3 years of application support experience in financial services (Fixed Income and/or equity instruments)
•Exposure to trading software - Bloomberg, Reuters, or financial data analytics tools (MatLab)
•Experience supporting CRD in a help desk/production support environment
•SQL experience is ideal
