We are looking for a Change Management Lead to spearhead organizational change initiatives, ensuring successful transitions across business processes, technologies, and structures. This role will develop and implement change strategies, engage key stakeholders, provide leadership coaching, and measure the success of change efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage change initiatives for business processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
- Design and execute change management strategies using methodologies like ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-Step Process.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders to foster understanding and support.
- Conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential risks.
- Create and deliver communication plans and training programs to support change adoption.
- Coach leaders and managers to effectively drive and sponsor change.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management into project plans.
- Define success metrics, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Promote continuous improvement of change management practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
- Experience leading and implementing change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
- Leadership or project management experience.
- Experience with technology-driven change or digital transformation.
- Familiarity with LMS and HRIS platforms.
