Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management plans to support business goals and minimize disruption, using Prosci methodology.
  • Create user manuals, SOPs, and training materials for asset management software and system changes.
  • Oversee changes to asset management platforms (e.g., Hexagon) and support data migration, system integration, and user adoption.
  • Communicate change impacts and benefits to stakeholders, tailoring messaging for different audiences.
  • Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing support for new tools and processes.
  • Track change initiative success through adoption rates, feedback, and report progress to leadership.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Engineering, or related field.
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification (required).
  • 3+ years in change management within the rail, logistics, distribution, or construction industries.
  • Experience with asset management software, technical documentation, Prosci methodology, and AI tools (optional).
  • Familiar with Jira, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
