Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead deployment, customization, and integration of Certinia solutions; manage system configuration and troubleshoot issues.
- Utilize Salesforce knowledge (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs) to enhance Certinia solutions.
- Gather requirements, analyze client needs, and develop tailored solutions; provide expert guidance and support.
- Create project deliverables, user guides, and training materials; maintain clear records.
- Advise clients on best practices and help optimize Certinia usage.
- Stay updated on Certinia features and updates; recommend process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Certinia configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs) and system integrations.
- Understanding of the professional services industry preferred.
- Proven project management skills and strong communication abilities.
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Salesforce certification and relevant consulting or implementation experience are a plus
