We are seeking a Senior Solutions Specialist – Certinia (FinancialForce) to lead the design, integration, and support of Certinia ERP and PSA solutions on Salesforce. This role serves as the functional and technical SME for Finance and Operations, bridging business and IT to deliver scalable, high-quality cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect Certinia ERP/PSA solutions across Finance and Operations domains.
- Define end-to-end solution architecture including API/ETL-based integrations.
- Support PSA and ERP modules (Projects, Time & Expense, Billing, Financials, Revenue Recognition, Reporting).
- Lead technical design reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure solution stability.
- Manage application performance, upgrades, enhancements, and change requests.
- Ensure data integrity, documentation, and governance across Certinia environments.
- Support finance processes including invoicing, WIP, multi-currency, and project accounting.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) ERP/PSA on Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of finance and project-based accounting processes.
- Experience in solution architecture and enterprise system integrations (API/ETL).
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system designs.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across Finance, IT, and business teams.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce platform experience.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition and project accounting.
- Experience with SaaS ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools and Agile delivery.
