Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of SAFe principles and Lean-Agile practices across teams and portfolios.
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and ensure alignment between business objectives and development initiatives.
- Coach stakeholders, teams, and leaders on Agile mindset, SAFe practices, and continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and value delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of value.
- Track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for Agile programs.
- Ensure project transparency through metrics, dashboards, and reporting (e.g., burn-down charts, velocity).
- Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and continuous improvement sessions.
- Ensure adherence to SAFe framework and organizational standards.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and SAFe framework.
- Proven experience in Agile transformation initiatives and project/program management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple teams and programs in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with metrics-driven decision-making and Agile governance.
- Knowledge of financial tracking and budget management for Agile initiatives.
