Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption of SAFe principles and Lean-Agile practices across teams and portfolios.
  • Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and ensure alignment between business objectives and development initiatives.
  • Coach stakeholders, teams, and leaders on Agile mindset, SAFe practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and value delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of value.
  • Track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for Agile programs.
  • Ensure project transparency through metrics, dashboards, and reporting (e.g., burn-down charts, velocity).
  • Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and continuous improvement sessions.
  • Ensure adherence to SAFe framework and organizational standards.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance requirements.

 

Required Skills and Experience
  • Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) certification is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and SAFe framework.
  • Proven experience in Agile transformation initiatives and project/program management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

 

Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing multiple teams and programs in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with metrics-driven decision-making and Agile governance.
  • Knowledge of financial tracking and budget management for Agile initiatives.
