Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide support to team members and helping them to understand the projects and requirements and guiding them to create the optimized solution.
• Responsible for Installation and Configuration of the Cloudera Data Platform.
• Deployment of application across multiple Clusters and Instances and Cloudera Cloud Environment Setup.
• Work closely with the data engineering team, architects, and administrators to ensure the successful migration of data.

 

Required Skills/Experience

• Experience on Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) and good knowledge of data migration from Hortonworks (on-prem) to CDP (public/private) Cloud.
• Experience in migration data/process/users from Hortonworks to Cloudera.
• Sound knowledge in CDP and Bigdata technologies (Hortonworks) and Good to have knowledge in Scala.
• knowledge in Pyspark Framework to ingest data from different source systems to Hadoop and SQL Server regions.
• Extensive knowledge of Cloudera Data Platform (CDP), CDS, Kubernetes, Spark, Scala, Pyspark, HDFS, Batch Script, Shell Script, Agile, Scrum, Jira, Git, SVN, Liquibase, Python & Docker Services.
