Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support for Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI) services, ensuring seamless operation and optimization.
- Design, implement, and maintain conversational bots across multiple channels, including web, voice, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and SMS.
- Support integrations for Agent Assist, call routing, and chat functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service solutions using AI-driven tools.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Service Technology.
- 1+ year of experience supporting Google CCAI.
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud CCAI services and capabilities.
- 1+ year of experience with Agent Assist, call routing, chat integrations, and similar technologies.
- Proven experience supporting conversational bots across various channels (web, voice, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, SMS, etc.).
