We are looking for an experienced Calypso Consultant with strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets and hands-on experience with Calypso V15 or above. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex financial requirements into functional Calypso solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specs for Calypso BackOffice operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business processes and system requirements.
• Recommend process improvements and enhancements for Calypso systems.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Calypso solutions aligned with business goals.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure accurate system performance.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor system health and resolve operational issues in Calypso.
• Create training materials and deliver user training sessions.
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and provide project updates.
• Ensure all activities comply with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed reports, functional documentation, and presentations.
• Support ongoing optimization of business processes using Calypso technology.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Calypso V15 or later
• Strong Capital Markets domain knowledge
• Understanding of key asset classes: Derivatives, Commodities, FX, Equity
