We are seeking a skilled C++ L3 Support Engineer to provide advanced support for production incidents and ensure the stability and performance of our systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience with C++, Linux, Visual C++, Oracle, and messaging services middleware, along with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve L3 production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Provide development and support in C++ for applications running on Linux and Visual C++ environments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize systems with Oracle backends and ensure efficient database integration.
- Support and troubleshoot messaging services middleware (e.g., MQ, Kafka) for seamless communication across systems.
- Work effectively with virtual teams and matrix organizations to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in C++, particularly in Linux and Visual C++ environments.
- Proven experience handling L3 production incidents and troubleshooting complex production issues.
- Working knowledge of Oracle databases and integration.
- Experience with messaging services middleware like MQ or Kafka.
