<li>TROUBLESHOOTING</li>
<li>Review and troubleshoot incidents related to PIDS on a daily basis</li>
<li>Manage incident reporting in ServiceNow tool</li>
<li>Track Train information through ARROW (Mainframe) and API queries</li>
<li>Engage different vendors based on the issue reported by the stations</li>
<li>Follow up with stations regarding PIDS issues</li>
<li>Track and follow up with vendors and client teams until completion/closure of the incidents</li>
<li>Participate in PIDS 2.0 Project initiation meetings</li>
<li>Help team in gathering requirements for the PIDS 2.0 project</li>
<li>Work with internal client teams through service/technical requests</li>
