Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Salesforce-related projects.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose Salesforce-based solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce features and functionalities that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and QA teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce releases, platform changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with significant experience working in Salesforce environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including workflows, process builder, flows, reports/dashboards, and security model.
- Proficiency in documenting complex business processes using tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
