Key Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into technical requirements and document clearly.
• Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps for the team.
• Prioritize requirements based on business and technical needs.
• Develop and document testing strategies, manage testing execution, and assist in UAT.
• Lead impact assessments, dependency management, and ensure architectural decisions are reflected in designs.
• Align scope, sequencing, and recommendations with business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using JIRA, Confluence, and other documentation tools.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Owners, and Technology teams to ensure alignment on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in backlog grooming and ensure that dependencies and architectural considerations are addressed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
• Experience with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into feature development roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce technology.
• Experience managing medium to large initiatives and making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints.
