Business Systems Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Converting and documenting business requirements into technical requirements.
• Translating business strategy into roadmaps for consumption by teams.
• Prioritizing requirements based on business and technical needs.
• Developing and documenting testing strategies and managing testing execution.
• Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business and technical stakeholders.
• Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria are aligned.

Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and a business functional point of view and recommend solutions to business problems.
• Ability to analyze and document business process flow, data flow, and requirements/users’ stories in a clear, concise way.
• Able to synthesize data into meaningful, actionable documents.
• The ability to assist in UAT includes defining test strategies and risks.
• Experience in creating feature roadmaps.
• Ability to contribute and help create business cases.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce technology.
