Job Description

• Data Management experience supporting asset management data domains such as client services, distribution, and marketing is preferred
• Experience working on complex data ecosystem.
• Experience in data governance, data quality, master data management tools required.
• Salesforce Certifications and SQL Knowledge is plus but not required.
• Exposure working with Informatica Master Data Management is plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Thoughtful process of analyzing data and problem-solving skills to reach a well-reasoned solution.
• High sense of urgency and follow through. Partnering effectively to execute on common goals.
• Superb communication skills to explain big story around various data scenarios and drive common understanding of problem in hand along with the proposed solution.
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build the trust and confidence of colleagues, strengthen relationships through ongoing dialog and interactions, and collaborate well with others internally and externally.
• Ability to draw own conclusions, articulate positions, communicate key messages, make recommendations, and influence in a team.
