Core Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases for IT solutions and software lifecycle applications.
• Analyze current business systems, identify inefficiencies, and propose system improvements. Assess software functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and system interface designs using tools like Axure and Modern Requirements. Provide detailed documentation for business and technical stakeholders.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure requirements are well understood and delivered on time. Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Apply Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies to software development projects. Ensure that all projects follow structured processes, from requirements gathering through to deployment.
• Support integration efforts across business applications and data warehouse environments, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
• Assist in project planning and tracking using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and MS Project. Maintain documentation, track milestones, and report on project status.
• Continuously monitor systems and processes, provide recommendations for improvements, and support the ongoing evolution of business systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a focus on IT or software lifecycle applications.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, software analysis, and interface design.
• Strong proficiency with tools like Axure, Modern Requirements, Azure DevOps, Jira, PL/SQL, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Solid experience in Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies for software development.
• Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to work effectively within a team.
