Roles & Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, workflows, and data to identify areas for improvement.
• Data Mining & Sourcing: Use Alteryx to source, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business decision-making.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare clear, concise reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement technology solutions that align with business goals.
• Project Support: Assist in the development and implementation of system solutions and business process improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide updates on project progress.
  

Required Skills

• Microsoft Office Expertise:

  1. Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.

  2. Advanced skills in Word for report writing, document formatting, and collaboration.

• Data Mining/Sourcing (Alteryx):

  1. Experience with Alteryx for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

  2. Strong ability to clean, analyze, and model data to derive actionable insights.
