Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive client relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Write technical specifications, conduct project evaluations, and deliver presentations to both business and technical audiences.
• Assist in managing project deadlines and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Code/configure changes in the Sapiens Core Suite and support system testing (unit, system, and UAT).
• Document test cases for regression testing and support teams (Product, Underwriting, Claims, Finance).
• Provide on-call support during non-business hours when needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in systems or business analysis, preferably in property & casualty insurance claims.
• BA/BS degree (Computer Science or related field preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
