Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate as a central contact for all document control issues, support, and ongoing management of the system
  • Work with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with the companies document management system
  • Process documents and deliverables including, but not limited to: submittals, designs, drawings, calculations and other engineering data
  • Maintain project correspondence
  • Provide document management support to Contracts and Procurement teams
  • Review incoming document transmittals and document register for nonconforming documents. Correct as necessary to ensure the register remains clean and compliant
  • Create and manage approval of project documents
  • Maintain weekly reports and logs identifying open workflows, mail items, submittals, and other documents

 

Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience with Aconex preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in a cross-functional environment.
  • Innovative, open-minded, collaborative, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
