Manage and coordinate workforce administration activities, including payroll coordination, employee scheduling, time and attendance, and related workforce processes.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports covering staffing levels, productivity, overtime, attendance, vacancies, and other key workforce metrics.
Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Prepare executive-level presentations, scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports that clearly communicate business and workforce insights.
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and operational leaders on workforce planning, reporting requirements, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Monitor data quality and reporting accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and implement processes to improve data integrity.
Leverage business intelligence and reporting tools to streamline reporting and improve visibility into workforce and operational performance.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business and operational leaders.
Support forecasting, workforce planning, and analysis of staffing requirements, overtime, vacancies, attendance, and productivity.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through data analysis, reporting automation, and process optimization.
Maintain documentation and standardized reporting processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of business information.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Business Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience in business operations, workforce operations, payroll, scheduling, time and attendance, workforce reporting, analytics, or a related area.
Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, formulas, and data visualization.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful business insights.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data and findings to leadership.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
