Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions and tools.
• Lead a team of analysts and developers in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualization to support business operations and decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and ensure the delivery of actionable insights.
• Develop strategies for optimizing data collection, storage, and analysis processes.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7 to 12 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to guide and mentor a team.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
• Experience in SQL, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning concepts is desirable but not mandatory.
