Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Mining.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server,  PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with statistical analysis and tools like Python, R, or SAS is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and big data technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions (dashboards, reports, data visualizations).
• Perform data modeling to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Apply data mining techniques to uncover hidden insights and support predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Generic Managerial Skills, if any.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in business analytics.
