Client is looking for Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across various business units, including Commercial Lending, Finance, Operations, and Security and Compliance, to analyze systems and develop comprehensive documentation. Your analytical skills and effective communication will drive impactful decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively, ensuring effective communication with production, managerial, and executive teams.
- Continuously evaluate and analyze systems requirements, maintaining systems processes and delivering monthly status reports to all relevant parties.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize operational effectiveness and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners to optimize systems integration; respond to inquiries from managers and executives with well-researched recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.
- Proven track record of analytical skills, with experience in generating process documentation and reports.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or nCino is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to manage projects and conduct user testing effectively.
- High proficiency in technical writing to ensure clear documentation.
- Previous experience in the banking industry is highly desirable.
