Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings and support business decisions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Conduct data quality assessments and troubleshoot data issues as needed.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of database structures and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
