- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong banking, financial services, and FIS platform experience.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for banking applications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and subject-matter experts to translate banking requirements into functional solutions.
- Strong understanding of FIS products and banking applications, including core banking, payments, deposits, loans, accounts, transactions, and financial processing workflows.
- Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process and system improvements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC, including requirement clarification, test planning, defect resolution, UAT, and production implementation.
- Work with SQL and database teams to validate financial transactions, account information, balances, reconciliations, and data integrity.
- Support FIS integrations and interfaces, including APIs, batch processing, file-based interfaces, and downstream/upstream banking systems.
