• Gathering and developing requirements, working with business and development teams
• Needs to understand business processes, establish relationships with business teams, and serve as conduit across groups
• Gather and translate requirements between business and tech teams- serve as that connection
• Biggest gap is between technical team and business team
• Technical requirements are not being translated well, which is why they need this resource
• Business analyst- a bit more data oriented, data validated/data testing
• Business process documentation and communication- biggest current team gap is requirements gathering, that is a space that they really need help in
• Written skills
• Data analysis/excel- looking for lots of analysis and reporting via excel, including running financial numbers
• Work with a lot of financial numbers- needs to be good at understanding financial applications
• Excel, MS suite
• Financial background a plus, but specifically anyone working at WBG/IMF/developmental finance group would be a HUGE plus
