Responsibilities

• Evaluate the impact of proposed changes to systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Analyze and support trade lifecycle processes across at least two asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Write clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.
• Work with SQL and database query tools to extract and analyze data.
• Support regulatory reporting initiatives and ensure compliance.
• Leverage knowledge of Big Data, XML, and FPML in business analysis.
• Handle multiple stakeholders and provide clear communication of project status.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis and investment banking.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and at least two asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives).
• Proficiency in SQL and database query tools.
• Familiarity with Big Data, XML, FPML, and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Business Analysis practices and documentation.
